Cancellation Policy for Bookings

The Peak Snow School is committed to providing the best possible experience to its customers. We understand that plans may change, and for this reason, we have designed a cancellation policy that ensures transparency and fairness.

1. Cancellations and Changes by the Customer

  • Up to 24 hours before the lesson: Customers can cancel or modify their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the lesson has been prepaid, the amount will be fully refunded unless a new date is agreed upon for the lesson.
  • Less than 24 hours before the lesson: In case of cancellation or modification less than 24 hours before the lesson:
    • The booking amount will not be refunded.
    • The lesson will be charged in full, even if it has not been paid for.
    • The lesson cannot be rescheduled to a later date.
    • Lessons will proceed as scheduled as long as the ski resort is operational, regardless of weather conditions.

2. Delays and No-Shows

Peak Snow School is not responsible for any delays on your part when arriving at the ski resort. In such cases:

  • The lesson will be charged in full.
  • If the full duration of the lesson cannot be covered, the lesson will be conducted for the remaining time of the booking.

3. Cancellations by Peak Snow School

In the event that Peak Snow School is forced to cancel the lesson due to weather conditions, ski resort closure, or other unforeseen factors:

  • The full booking amount will be refunded to you.
  • Alternatively, you can choose to reschedule your booking for another date upon agreement.

4. Cancellation or Change Procedure

To cancel or modify your booking, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your booking reference number and the date of the lesson.
  3. Our team will confirm the cancellation or change and inform you about any refund, if applicable.

5. Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • In the case of cancellation by the customer, administrative fees may apply, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The cancellation policy applies to all lesson bookings, regardless of the booking method.
